Allied Health and Trainee Travel Bursary
In order to promote the interest of Allied Health and Trainees in the field of Hereditary Metabolic Diseases, the Garrod Association is offering Travel bursaries to help cover the allowable expenses associated with attending the Garrod Symposium. The exact bursary amount will be determined based on need and travel distance.
The bursary will cover travel, accommodation, and meals outside of conference hours. The bursary will not cover registration fees.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
Priority will be given to candidates who have not received a Garrod Travel Bursary in the past three years.
Bromont Bursary Amounts: Quebec and Ontario – up to $750
Rest of Canada – up to $1,500

Please complete the below form and submit by MARCH 15th, 2026.
All travel bursary requests will be reviewed, and applicants will be notified by the end of March if they are to receive a bursary amount.
